How does Picasso decide which dentist treats my case?
Every case is routed by procedure, not by branch. Implant cases go to Dr. Tran Thanh Phong or Dr. Hung Le Ba Gia (Dr. Evans). Veneer and smile design cases go to Dr. Emily Nguyen and Dr. Huong Nguyen (Dr. Rosie). Orthodontic cases are led by Dr. Duong Ho, with Dr. Thuan Phung and Dr. Toan Le (Dr. Mathew) for Invisalign and fixed appliance work. General and restorative cases are handled by Dr. Thao Tran (Dr. Anna) and Dr. Nhung Duong (Dr. Lynn), with referral upward to specialists when the case calls for it.
Do the dentists at Picasso speak English?
Yes. Every Picasso branch has English-speaking clinical and reception staff alongside our native Vietnamese-speaking team. The language of your appointment is confirmed at booking. Dr. Thao Tran (Dr. Anna) also speaks German. French and Russian are not supported.
What implant brands does Picasso use?
Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Osstem and Neodent. The same brands are available at every branch: no grey-market substitutions. All implant warranties are manufacturer-backed and globally recognised, so any dentist anywhere in the world can continue your care with the documented serial numbers we provide.
Can I get a written quote before I fly in?
