Why Canadian patients choose Picasso.

01

No provincial plan covers implants

Provincial dental plans rarely cover implants, making them effectively self-pay regardless. A full Nobel Biocare implant at Picasso (fixture, abutment, crown) often costs less than a single crown at a Toronto or Vancouver private clinic. Full-arch cases deliver C$20,000–C$40,000 net savings after travel costs.

02

Brands your Canadian dentist recognises

Nobel Biocare and Straumann are the same systems used by leading Canadian practices. Your implant serial number is documented on departure. Your Canadian dentist has everything for continuity of care and warranty claims.

03

English throughout, no translation gaps

All clinical consultations, treatment planning and aftercare are in English. Records provided in English. No communication gap with your dentist at home.

04

Recovery in one of Asia's best destinations

Da Nang and Hoi An are consistently ranked among Asia's top travel destinations. Combine your dental trip with a Vietnam itinerary rather than spending recovery time at home.

From patients who made the trip.

Google reviews. Unedited.

★★★★★

"I had 2 veneers done here in 2017 and my Canadian dentists still comment on how good they look! Thank you for the gift of a smile I feel proud of."

★★★★★

"I paid 40% less than if I had gone to Quebec, and the quality is top-notch. My dentist, Evans, was incredibly professional. While I was quite satisfied, he felt he could do better, so he redid the procedure to give me a perfect smile."

★★★★★

"Friendly staff, fast, professional service, English speaking, good location, and very affordable. I'm much happier getting dental treatment done here than at any dentist in Canada, USA, or Korea. It's a huge bonus that they are incredibly affordable."

Common questions.

How many trips do I need for implants?

Most cases require two trips. Trip 1 (3–5 days): implant placement. Trip 2 (2–3 days, 3–6 months later): crown fitting. The 90-day multiple-entry e-visa covers both trips. All-on-4 with good bone quality may allow a temporary prosthesis on Trip 1.

Will my Canadian dentist be able to follow up?

Yes. You leave with full documentation: X-rays, implant serial numbers (Nobel Biocare and Straumann carry global warranties valid in Canada), clinical notes in English, and an itemised invoice. Many Canadian patients report their home dentists commenting positively on the quality of work.

Which city should I fly into?

Da Nang is the most popular: beach access, Hoi An nearby, the Vinmec Hospital branch, and easy connections from Vancouver via Seoul or Tokyo. Hanoi suits northern Vietnam itineraries. HCMC suits those combining treatment with southern Vietnam travel.

What if something goes wrong after I return to Canada?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email. Our team reviews photos and advises within 24 hours. Nobel Biocare and Straumann warranties are valid in Canada. For mechanical issues we coordinate replacement components as needed.
