Within 24 hours, including weekends and Vietnamese public holidays. Most requests submitted before 17:00 ICT receive a same-day response during business hours (8:00–20:00 ICT).

It is optional but helpful. If you have recent panoramic X-rays, CBCT scans or intraoral photos, mentioning them in your request lets our clinical team give a more accurate quote and treatment plan. If you don't have imaging, we will produce everything we need at your first visit.

The online quote, treatment plan, and written itemised quote are all free. An in-clinic exam and consultation costs 200,000 VND (waived if you proceed with treatment). Children's exams are always free.

Always. Picasso has no commission-paid sales staff. Receiving a quote does not create any obligation, and we never use follow-up sequences to pressure patients. Many patients receive a plan, take time to decide, and book months later. Some never book, that is also a valid outcome.

Reschedule or cancel freely up to 48 hours before your appointment, no fee. For implant surgery and All-on-4 cases involving lab work, we ask for 5 days' notice to redirect lab production. International patients can reschedule within their travel window without restriction.

Yes. If you want to see Dr. Hung Le Ba Gia (Dr. Evans) for implants, Dr. Thuan Phung or Dr. Toan Le (Dr. Mathew) for orthodontics, Dr. Huong Nguyen (Dr. Rosie) for cosmetic work, or Dr. Emily Nguyen for a comprehensive review, note their name in your message. We schedule around their availability and will offer the soonest open slot.

Yes, for international patients planning a trip, and for follow-up questions after treatment. Video consultations are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom at a time that works for your time zone. They are free and last 20–30 minutes. Request one in your consultation message.

Vietnamese Dong (VND) cash, Vietnamese bank transfer, and Visa / Mastercard at our in-clinic POS terminals. For international patients, treatment can be paid in instalments across visits. We do not require a deposit to receive a quote or hold an appointment.
